This is my son Derrick's favorite pie.

Ingredients

  • 2 - graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 - 8oz. - tub cool whip topping ( softened)
  • 1 - 8 oz - package cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz. - powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky ,your choice)

How To Make peanut butter pie

  • Step 1
    Mix well the cool whip, cream cheese, powdered sugar, & peanut butter, until smooth. Next spread evenly into the pie crusts. Chill for a couple of hours or overnight to harden. Then serve. Be sure to keep refrigerated because it will soften. ( I keep mine in the freezer until ready to eat. then store in refrigerator.)
