Ingredients For peanut butter & jelly pie

1 - 8 oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 - 12 oz pkgcool whip free, divided, room temperature

1/2 cgrape jelly
-
1/3 c+ 1/2 cup(s) sweetened condensed milk, divided

3/4 cpeanut butter, creamy
-
1 cconfectioners' sugar

1graham cracker pie crust
- GARNISH:

How To Make peanut butter & jelly pie

1In a medium bowl with electric mixer, add 1/3 C milk & 1 1/2 C cool whip; mix until smooth; set aside.

2In a stand mixer with paddle, combine cream cheese, peanut butter & remaining milk; beat until smooth, 2 minutes. Add sugar & mix until blended, 1 minute.

3Fold in remaining cool whip, using rubber spatula, until blended. Pour half of mixture into pie crust.

4Heat jelly in microwave, 30 seconds or until smooth & pourable. Pour jelly evenly over peanut butter mixture. Top with remaining peanut butter mixture. Garnish with peanut butter chips evenly over pie. Freeze 2 hours or until set. Can serve frozen or at room temperature.
