peanut butter ice cream pie
An easy treat that's easy to customize. Can be dairy free by using the right ice cream. It's really great if you drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Or drizzle with strawberry topping. Yum! (TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE AN OVERNIGHT FREEZE)

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust (or oreo crust)
- 1 quart french vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted nuts of choice, chopped
How To Make peanut butter ice cream pie
-
Step 1Remove the lid from the pie crust. Set aside. (You can also make your own crust, and it will taste even better!)
-
Step 2In a glass bowl, combine the ice cream and peanut butter. Must move fast so the ice cream doesn't melt too fast.
-
Step 3Scoop the ice cream mix into the pie crust. Smooth the top. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Freeze the pie overnight or until frozen solid. Cut and serve.
