If you love peanut butter...then OH MY YOU WILL LOVE THIS PIE!!! Better make two if making for an event, party or gathering...it's that good! ;)

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9-inch) - chocolate crumb or graham cracker crust
  • - chocolate syrup, to drizzle
  • 4 - reese's peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1 - reese' peanut butter cup, for garnish

How To Make peanut butter cup pie

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla extract and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture into crust. Drizzle with a little chocolate syrup and sprinkle the chopped Reese's peanut butter cups on top of pie. Finish by placing two whole peanut butter cups into the center of the pie. Refrigerate for at least 2 - 3 hours before serving.
