So good. The powdered peanut butter cuts calories and gives such a light fluffy topping. We all love this pie.

Ingredients

  • CRUST AND FILLING

  • 1 box
    chocolate pudding pie filling (use cook and serve, not instant)
  • 1
    favorite pie crust, cooked and cooled
  • TOPPING

  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Tbsp
    powederd peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp
    creme de cacao

How to Make Peanut butter chocolate pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook and cool pie crust.
  2. Prepare pudding as instructed on package, fill the pie crust and cool well in the refrigerator (about 1 hour).
  3. For the topping, chill a metal or glass mixing bowl.
  4. Add heavy cream and powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Whip in powdered peanut butter and creme de cacao.
  6. Top pie with whipped topping. Use a piping bag if desired.
