- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
- 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt)
- 2 cups cool whip
How To Make peanut butter cheesecake pie

Step 1with mixer, in large bowl, mix cheese and sugar until smooth.

Step 2add peanut butter, milk and peanuts. mix well

Step 3fold in cool whip

Step 4pour into pie crust and refrigerate.

Step 5*NOTE* for chocolate peanut butter pie, add 2 tablespoons cocoa and chocolate coolwhip.
