peanut butter, butter finger pie
Peanut butter pie is my favorite dessert. I decided I would make my own version and this is what I came up with a few years ago. I use natural peanut butter, lite whipped topping and Neufchatel instead of cream cheese. It makes me feel better to take a few calories away.

Ingredients
- 1 - chocolate pie crust
- 1 - 8 ounces bar of cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 tube cool whip
- 2 - butter finger candy bars
How To Make peanut butter, butter finger pie

Step 1Mix cream cheese, and peanut butter together.

Step 2Add powdered sugar 1/2 a cup at a time, until it is entirely blended. Scrape the sides of the mixer often.

Step 3Add the Vanilla and fold in the cool whip until it is blended. Pour into the pie crust.

Step 4Top with the candy bar topping.
