I would have been here sooner but I was making a custard pie and chocolate pie. This is a simple pie that I make while the peaches are plentiful.Its simple and good. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    sliced peaches
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    melted margarine

How to Make Peachy Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Arrange sliced peaches in 10 inch square baking dish, Pour lemon juice on peaches. Spread brown sugar over peaches. Then sprinkle on cinnamon. In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder,and salt. Add milk and beat til smooth, batter will be very thin. Pour batter over peaches. Drizzle melted margarine over batter. Bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
