This pie is so easy, makes it's own crust and is very yummy. Hope you think so too! Make sure you DO NOT use instant pudding!

Ingredients For peaches & cream pie

3/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder
-
1 pkgvanilla pudding

1/2 tspsalt
-
3 Tbspsoftened butter
-
1egg
-
1/2 cwhole milk
-
1 qtpeaches (drained), save juice - place peaches over above mixture

8 ozcream cheese
-
1/2 csugar
-
3 Tbsppeach juice
-
1 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspcinnamon
How To Make peaches & cream pie

1Mix together first 7 ingredients & pour into 9-10" greased glass pie dish. Drain peaches, save juice, place drained peaches on top of mixture in pie dish. Mix 3 tablespoons peach juice, cream cheese & sugar together with mixer and drop by spoon fulls on top of peaches. Sprinkle top with sugar, cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 35 mins. or so.
