This pie is so easy, makes it's own crust and is very yummy. Hope you think so too! Make sure you DO NOT use instant pudding!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 package vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 quart peaches (drained), save juice - place peaches over above mixture
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons peach juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make peaches & cream pie

  • Step 1
    Mix together first 7 ingredients & pour into 9-10" greased glass pie dish. Drain peaches, save juice, place drained peaches on top of mixture in pie dish. Mix 3 tablespoons peach juice, cream cheese & sugar together with mixer and drop by spoon fulls on top of peaches. Sprinkle top with sugar, cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 35 mins. or so.
