This pie is so easy, makes it's own crust and is very yummy. Hope you think so too! Make sure you DO NOT use instant pudding!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    softened butter
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 1 qt
    peaches (drained), save juice - place peaches over above mixture
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    peach juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon

How to Make Peaches & Cream Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together first 7 ingredients & pour into 9-10" greased glass pie dish. Drain peaches, save juice, place drained peaches on top of mixture in pie dish.
    Mix 3 tablespoons peach juice, cream cheese & sugar together with mixer and drop by spoon fulls on top of peaches. Sprinkle top with sugar, cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 35 mins. or so.
