  • 2 c
    grahm cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp
    margarine (melted)
  • 1 c
    sugar (halved)
  • 4 pkg
    neufchatel cheese (8 oz. size)
  • 1 pkg
    peach flavored jello (small)
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced peaches, drained & diced (16 oz.)
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip, thawed

How to Make Peaches & Cream No-Bake Cheesecake


  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine & 1/2 cup of sugar. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Put into refrigerator to cool.
  2. Beat Neufchatel cheese & rest of sugar together until blended. Next add the dry Jello & mix well. Stir in peaches & cool whip. Spoon mixture over cooled graham cracker crust and cover.
  3. Refrigerate until firm....I prefer refrigerating overnight though.
