Ingredients
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- FILLING
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, plus a little extra for garnish
- 1 pound fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 teaspoon all purpose flour
- 6 - single-serve graham cracker tart crust
- 1 tablespoon toasted, slivered almonds
How To Make peach tarts

Step 1Prepare Topping in a small bowl, stir together all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 2Prepare filling. In a larger skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in brown sugar, honey and cinnamon. Add peaches and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in flour and cook 30 seconds. Remove from skillet and let cool 5 minutes.

Step 3Place tart crusts on baking sheet. evenly distribute peach filling and cool at least 30 minutes before serving.

Step 4To serve, dollop Topping evenly over tarts and sprinkle each with cinnamon and almonds.
