cream cheese
1/2 c
plain yogurt
2 Tbsp
fresh orange juice
1 tsp
1 tsp
orange zest


1/4 c
1/4 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
1/4 tsp
cinnamon, plus a little extra for garnish
1 lb
fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
1 tsp
all purpose flour
single-serve graham cracker tart crust
1 Tbsp
toasted, slivered almonds

How to Make Peach tarts


  • 1Prepare Topping in a small bowl, stir together all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 2Prepare filling. In a larger skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in brown sugar, honey and cinnamon. Add peaches and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in flour and cook 30 seconds. Remove from skillet and let cool 5 minutes.
  • 3Place tart crusts on baking sheet. evenly distribute peach filling and cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • 4To serve, dollop Topping evenly over tarts and sprinkle each with cinnamon and almonds.
