  • 1/2 c
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    orange zest
  • FILLING

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon, plus a little extra for garnish
  • 1 lb
    fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tsp
    all purpose flour
  • 6
    single-serve graham cracker tart crust
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted, slivered almonds

How to Make Peach tarts

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare Topping in a small bowl, stir together all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Prepare filling. In a larger skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in brown sugar, honey and cinnamon. Add peaches and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in flour and cook 30 seconds. Remove from skillet and let cool 5 minutes.
  3. Place tart crusts on baking sheet. evenly distribute peach filling and cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
  4. To serve, dollop Topping evenly over tarts and sprinkle each with cinnamon and almonds.
