Ingredients

  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • FILLING
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, plus a little extra for garnish
  • 1 pound fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon all purpose flour
  • 6 - single-serve graham cracker tart crust
  • 1 tablespoon toasted, slivered almonds

How To Make peach tarts

  • Step 1
    Prepare Topping in a small bowl, stir together all ingredients; refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Step 2
    Prepare filling. In a larger skillet, melt butter over medium heat; stir in brown sugar, honey and cinnamon. Add peaches and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in flour and cook 30 seconds. Remove from skillet and let cool 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Place tart crusts on baking sheet. evenly distribute peach filling and cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Step 4
    To serve, dollop Topping evenly over tarts and sprinkle each with cinnamon and almonds.
