1/4 c
pecans, in pieces

egg whites, beaten

sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 pt
whipping cream

peaches, peeled and diced

How to Make Peach Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed crackers and pecans with beaten egg whites. Pour into a pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 2Using mixer, beat whipping cream on high for 1 minute until fluffy. Add 2-4 tablespoons of sugar. Add diced peaches and fold into whipping cream. Pour into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
