5peaches, peeled and diced
How to Make Peach Pie
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed crackers and pecans with beaten egg whites. Pour into a pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Using mixer, beat whipping cream on high for 1 minute until fluffy. Add 2-4 tablespoons of sugar. Add diced peaches and fold into whipping cream. Pour into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
