Ingredients
- 24 - ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup pecans, in pieces
- 3 - egg whites, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 5 - peaches, peeled and diced
How To Make peach pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed crackers and pecans with beaten egg whites. Pour into a pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 2Using mixer, beat whipping cream on high for 1 minute until fluffy. Add 2-4 tablespoons of sugar. Add diced peaches and fold into whipping cream. Pour into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
