Ingredients

  • 24
    ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 3
    egg whites, beaten
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 pt
    whipping cream
  • 5
    peaches, peeled and diced

How to Make Peach Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed crackers and pecans with beaten egg whites. Pour into a pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Using mixer, beat whipping cream on high for 1 minute until fluffy. Add 2-4 tablespoons of sugar. Add diced peaches and fold into whipping cream. Pour into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
