This peach pie is so good .And the pecans even make it better.

Ingredients

  • 1 can 21 ounce peach pie filling
  • 1 cup sour cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup light brown sugar,packed
  • 2 - egg yolks
  • 1 cup pecans, halved

How To Make peach pecan pie

  • Step 1
    prepare your pie shell ,I do have a recipe for pie shell in my recipes its with my stawberry pie recipe.
  • Step 2
    Spread peach pie filling in unbaked pie shell. Combine sour cream,Brown suger and egg yolks,stirring to mix. Add pecans.pour over peach filling.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 450 oven for 10 minutes.reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until custard is set.Cool.makes 8 servings
  • Step 4
    you can use one 26 ounce can of sliced peachs drain and save juice .In saucepan ,mix juice with 2 tbsp guick -cooking tapioca.Cook and stir until thickened.Add peach's cool before filling pie shell.
