- 1 can 21 ounce peach pie filling
- 1 cup sour cream or half-and-half
- 1 cup light brown sugar,packed
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1 cup pecans, halved
How To Make peach pecan pie

Step 1prepare your pie shell ,I do have a recipe for pie shell in my recipes its with my stawberry pie recipe.

Step 2Spread peach pie filling in unbaked pie shell. Combine sour cream,Brown suger and egg yolks,stirring to mix. Add pecans.pour over peach filling.

Step 3Bake at 450 oven for 10 minutes.reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until custard is set.Cool.makes 8 servings

Step 4you can use one 26 ounce can of sliced peachs drain and save juice .In saucepan ,mix juice with 2 tbsp guick -cooking tapioca.Cook and stir until thickened.Add peach's cool before filling pie shell.
