How to Make Peach Custard Pie
- Prepare pie crust. In bowl, beat eggs; add sugar and blend. Add sliced peaches. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
- Bake in 400 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 35 minutes. If using canned peaches, drain well. You can use fresh peaches when in season.
