peach crumb pie
A fellow Longaberger consultant shared this recipe! I like it served warm with a scoop of French vanilla or vanilla bean ice cream!

Ingredients
- 1 - prepared pie crust
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups sliced canned peaches, drained
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
How To Make peach crumb pie

Step 1Mix together sugar, salt and peaches, and set aside. Mix remaining for crumb topping. Put filling into crust and top with crumb topping. Bake pie at 425 degrees for 35-40 min.
