- 1 - 9" pie crust, unbaked
- 5 - large, very ripe peaches, pitted and sliced thinly (peeled)
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 - egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make peach cheesecake pie - steph

Step 1Flour bottom of the unbaked pie crust with the 2 T. flour. Add peaches to crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the peaches. Bake at 350 degrees until the top is set and partially browned (approximately 35 minutes) Very good warm or cold. ENJOY!
