This is a recipe I recieved from a lady in my church when we tried and failed in doing a cookbook. I kept the recipes I liked.

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    light brown sugar (16 oz)
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 small
    can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2
    9 inch pie crusts, unbaked

How to Make Patsy's Pineapple Chess Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients until smooth. Divide between pie crusts. Bake for about 30 minutes or until custard is golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
