This is a recipe I recieved from a lady in my church when we tried and failed in doing a cookbook. I kept the recipes I liked.

Ingredients
- 1 box light brown sugar (16 oz)
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - 9 inch pie crusts, unbaked
How To Make patsy's pineapple chess pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients until smooth. Divide between pie crusts. Bake for about 30 minutes or until custard is golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
