patsy's lemon tassies
I combined two recipes to make this wonderful dessert. The crust is from my original crust for pecan tastes and the filling is from the lemon squares I make.

Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese,softened
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- FILLING:
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make patsy's lemon tassies

Step 1Combine butter and cream cheese. Add flour,combine well. Form into 2 balls, flatten slightly. Wrap well in plastic wrap.Chill Roll crust thin,cut and fit into mini muffin pans,chill while preparing filling. Combine filling ingredients.Spoon into crust lined pans. Bake 350 deg. 12-15 mins. Remove from pan cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
