- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup spiced rum
- strawberries, sliced
- blueberries, fresh
- whipped topping
