Ingredients

1 9" - pie crust shell
1 8oz. - cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 - egg
1 1/4 cups pumpkin, canned or cooked
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 - eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ginger
dash - salt

How To Make paradise pumpkin pie

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, mixing till blended. Blend in egg. Spread into bottom of pie crust.

Step 2

Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Carefully pour over cream cheese layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or till center is set.
