Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup grandma's molasses (or your favorite)
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice, fresh or bottled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whole pecan halves
- 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell (homemade is better)
- - whipped cream (optional)
- 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
How To Make orange pecan pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350F. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add molasses, corn syrup, orange juice, orange peel, and vanilla; beat until well blended. Stir in pecans.

Step 2Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until filling sets. Cool on wire rack. Garnish as desired. Serve with whipped cream, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
