orange dream whip pie
In my effort to find an orange Dream Whip pie for my sister which didn't have cream cheese, I came up with this. You could change pineapple pudding for vanilla. Drain the pineapple dry and fold it into the pie for a more tropical taste. They loved it! I hope you will too. It is cool, creamy, and just right for a light summer dessert.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Yum with a capital Y! This orange Dream Whip pie reminds us of the orange and vanilla ice cream treat from when we were kids. The pie is thick and creamy, yet light and fluffy. It's a refreshing pie for any summer event, full of orange and vanilla flavor, with bits of orange in every bite. The extent of cooking is boiling liquid, so it's essentially a no-bake dessert. Perfect for summer when trying to keep turning on the oven to a minimum.
