Preparing for company...didn't have all I needed for one of the Strawberry cake recipes. So, as the clock is ticking down...I came up with this

Ingredients

1 - gramham cracker pie crust
2 boxes 8 oz cream cheese
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon instant strawberry jello
1 - strawberries, fresh, sliced
1 - 13 oz strawberry glaze

How To Make opps...strawberry pie

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy, add 1 T. strawberry jello, mix until combined.

Step 2

Pour cream cheese mixture into pie shell, mix strawberries and glaze. Pour on top of the pie.
Step 3

Chill...I figuring 4 hours.
