How to Make Old Fashioned Sugar Cream Pie
- Move oven rack to lowest position in oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a medium bowl put eggs, mix well. Using a whisk add the milk.
- In a small bowl combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Using the whisk, mix this into the egg/milk mixture. Pour filling into pie shell. ( I set my pie shell on the oven rack so I don't spill the filling.)
- Bake until filling is set and crust golden, about 50 minutes. When done remove and cool to room temperature or chill. Can be topped with Cool Whip if desired.
