1Move oven rack to lowest position in oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2In a medium bowl put eggs, mix well. Using a whisk add the milk.
3In a small bowl combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Using the whisk, mix this into the egg/milk mixture. Pour filling into pie shell. ( I set my pie shell on the oven rack so I don't spill the filling.)
4Bake until filling is set and crust golden, about 50 minutes. When done remove and cool to room temperature or chill. Can be topped with Cool Whip if desired.
