diced rhubarb

sugar
1/2 tsp

orange zest
dash

salt
3 Tbsp

flour
2 Tbsp

butter

How To Make old fashioned rhubarb pie

Dice rhubarb into 1" pieces, add sugar and zest and mix. Add to dough lined pie plate, sprinkle w/flour and dot w/butter. Top with second crust and bake 45 min. at 400 degrees.
