old fashioned pecan pie
This recipe was given to me by a close friend , it is simple and very easy to make and taste like the ones our grandmothers used to make...Hope you enjoy making it for your family as much as I do for mine . HAPPY COOKING!!

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs (well beaten)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup white karo syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick parkay margarine (melted)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
How To Make old fashioned pecan pie

Step 1Beat your eggs , then add your sugar till mixed , slowly add the karo syrup , vanilla , salt and 1/2 stick cooled melted margarine...stir till mixed , add your pecans.

Step 2Pour in a unbaked pie crust

Step 3Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 10 minutes then reduce to 325 for 30 to 35 minutes. Let pie completely cool before cutting.
