oatmeal pecan pie
**This recipe makes 2 pies. My daughter requested that I make this for her birthday instead of traditional birthday cake. It is a family favorite in our home.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter, melted
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 1/3 cups dark corn syrup
- 2 cups oats
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1-1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
- 2 - regular pie crusts (not deep dish)
How To Make oatmeal pecan pie

Step 1Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup & oats.

Step 2Stir in eggs & vanilla.

Step 3Pour into pie pans.

Step 4Top with pecans.

Step 5Cover edges of crust with foil.

Step 6Bake at 325' for 25 minutes.

Step 7Remove foil and bake 20-25 more minutes more or until pie is set in center.
