I found this recipe in a church cook book and made it for Thanksgiving last year. It has become a family favorite.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
How To Make oatmeal pecan pie

Step 1Mix brown sugar, white sugar, oatmeal and coconut together. Add beaten eggs, water, butter, vanilla and pecans. Blend together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
