1 1/2 cgraham crackers, crushed
1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
·pinch of salt
6 Tbspunsalted butter, melted
8 ozcream cheese, softened
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cfreshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbspgrated lemon peel
How to Make Nobake Lemon Icebox Pie from Betty Crocker
- In medium bowl, mix Crust ingredients. Press evenly into ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- In large bowl, beat Filling ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly in crust. Refrigerate 4 hours but no longer than 8 hours.
- Serve with whipped cream if desired.
