I used to make pies for mY family. When they where young. This recipe allowed me to make a couple pie Crust without failing.

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt,
- 1 1/4 cups shortening. blend together.
- Beat - one egg in bowl,1 tbs vinegar,6tbs water
- add - add dry engredients to wet. and knead.
- - seperate into 4 balls. equal size..
- - roll out on floured surface.
- - makes 2 doube crust or 4 singles
- - can freeze extra crust if you are making 2 single pie crust.
