Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour-from the freezer
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup water, warm
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
How To Make no-fail flaky pie crust

Step 1PLACE YOUR FLOUR IN THE FREEZER THE NIGHT BEFORE. I know this may sound strange, but it is key in making this crust amazing!

Step 2In a small bowl, beat the water, egg and vinegar together; set aside. Measure the flour in a large bowl; mix in salt.

Step 3Cut the shortening into flour mixture until crumbly and add the wet ingredients. Mix well (I use my hands), divide into 4 and roll into balls. Roll out crust and make the pie of your liking!
