How to Make No-fail flaky pie crust
- PLACE YOUR FLOUR IN THE FREEZER THE NIGHT BEFORE. I know this may sound strange, but it is key in making this crust amazing!
- In a small bowl, beat the water, egg and vinegar together; set aside. Measure the flour in a large bowl; mix in salt.
- Cut the shortening into flour mixture until crumbly and add the wet ingredients. Mix well (I use my hands), divide into 4 and roll into balls. Roll out crust and make the pie of your liking!
