My Mother always made alot of custard pies. This was one of my favorites. Simple but really good.

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons self rising flour
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine ( melted but not hot)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large can evaporated milk
How To Make no crust egg custard

Step 1Does not needs crust !

Step 2Beat well all ingredients ! Pour into prepared pie plate.

Step 3Grease and flour glass pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Keep a check on it.
