My Mother always made alot of custard pies. This was one of my favorites. Simple but really good.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    self rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine ( melted but not hot)
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 large
    can evaporated milk

How to Make No Crust Egg Custard

Step-by-Step

  1. Does not needs crust !
  2. Beat well all ingredients ! Pour into prepared pie plate.
  3. Grease and flour glass pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Keep a check on it.
