My Mother always made alot of custard pies. This was one of my favorites. Simple but really good.

eggs
3 Tbsp
self rising flour
2 Tbsp
butter or margarine ( melted but not hot)
1 c
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 large
can evaporated milk

How to Make No Crust Egg Custard

Step-by-Step

  • 1Does not needs crust !
  • 2Beat well all ingredients ! Pour into prepared pie plate.
  • 3Grease and flour glass pie plate. Bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Keep a check on it.
