  • 1 3/4 c
  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 6 Tbsp
    margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla flavoring

How to Make No-Crust Coconut Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a large mixing bowl - Combine all of the ingredients, and stir until well blended
  3. Grease (2) 9-inch pie pans
  4. Divide mixture evenly
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown
