Ingredients

  • ·
    apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 3/4 c
    butter or margerine
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt

How to Make No Crust Apple Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill pie plate 3/4 full with apple slices.
  2. Mix cinnamon with nuts and sprinkle over apples.
  3. In saucepan melt butter. Remove from heat.
  4. Add sugar and stir.
  5. Add egg, flour, and salt.
    Mix well.
  6. Pour evenly over apples.
  7. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
