no bake lime pie
This pie is a bit tart but we like it that way. Add more or less sugar to taste. I use regular old limes for this, no need to use key limes (unless you really want too). Top with whipped cream before serving.

Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 2/3 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 package gelatin, unflavored
- 1/8 cup boiling water
- 1 - prepared graham cracker crust 9 inch
How To Make no bake lime pie

Step 1Combine the first five ingredients in a mixer till smooth.

Step 2Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water (make sure it's all dissolved) then add to the mixer, blend another minute.

Step 3Pour into pie crust, cover with plastic wrap and chill till firm (2 hours).
