no bake lime pie

This pie is a bit tart but we like it that way. Add more or less sugar to taste. I use regular old limes for this, no need to use key limes (unless you really want too). Top with whipped cream before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 2/3 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 package gelatin, unflavored
  • 1/8 cup boiling water
  • 1 - prepared graham cracker crust 9 inch

How To Make no bake lime pie

  • Step 1
    Combine the first five ingredients in a mixer till smooth.
  • Step 2
    Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water (make sure it's all dissolved) then add to the mixer, blend another minute.
  • Step 3
    Pour into pie crust, cover with plastic wrap and chill till firm (2 hours).
