This pie is a bit tart but we like it that way. Add more or less sugar to taste.
I use regular old limes for this, no need to use key limes (unless you really want too).

Top with whipped cream before serving.

    sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz
    mascarpone cheese
  • 2/3 c
    lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 pkg
    gelatin, unflavored
  • 1/8 c
    boiling water
  • 1
    prepared graham cracker crust 9 inch

How to Make No Bake Lime Pie


  1. Combine the first five ingredients in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water (make sure it's all dissolved) then add to the mixer, blend another minute.
  3. Pour into pie crust, cover with plastic wrap and chill till firm (2 hours).
