My family loves this easy pie. This recipe makes 2 lemon pies.

This no-bake lemon pie makes for one wonderful dessert. Rich and creamy, it's easy to prepare and sure to lead to rave reviews. This is a good recipe to try experimenting with different presentation ideas. It would be great served in individual pie shells. Make sure to take it out of the fridge and decorate it right before serving. The lemon pie doesn't stay set too long, but a slice is delicious.

  • 2 pkg
    vanilla flavor instant pudding (3.4 oz each)
  • 16 oz
    frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 8 oz
    whipped topping
  • 1 pkg
    prepared graham cracker crust

  • Pour milk and pudding mix into a large bowl.
