This is super easy, just use caution when melting the chocolate chips, and by all means use semi sweet chips. It will taste so much better.

  • 1 1/2 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    granulated white sugar
  • 11 oz
    neufatchel or cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    real butter
  • 2 c
    whipped topping
  • 1
    graham cracker crust

How to Make No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Preparation

    Melt chocolate chips over low heat in saucepan or microwave, stirring frequently until smooth and melted. Set aside to cool.

    In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth.

    On low speed blend in the meled chocolate. Fold in whipped topping until blended.

    Spoon the cheese chocolate filling mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust. Cover and chill until firm.

    Garnish with whipped topping and shaved chocolate, if desired.
