Ingredients
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust or chocolate
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon flavor
- 8 ounces container cool whip
How To Make no bake cheesecake

Step 1With a hand mixer cream together cream cheese,sugar, and flavor. Depending on how tart you want your cheesecake you can use the lemon extract but if you want a more subtle flavor go for the vanilla.

Step 2Next stir in the sour cream. When the sour cream is fully incorporated fold in the whip cream. Pour the mixture in the pie crust. Chill for 4 hours or overnight.

Step 3To add an extra kick you can put a can of strawberry, blueberry, or apple pie filling on top of the pie.
