no-bake cheesecake

I make this alot in the summer for cook out's because it's easy and delicious. Hint: My favorite combo's are, graham cracker crust with cherry pie filling and fresh fruit with a shortbread crust and one day I will try a chocolate crust with chocolate fudge on top, yum!

Ingredients

  • 1 - pre-made cookie crust
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 8-oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 8-oz packages cool whip, thawed
  • - fresh fruit or canned pie filling, as needed

How To Make no-bake cheesecake

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl with an electric mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
  • Step 2
    Fold cool whip into cream cheese. Fill pie crust and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 3
    Top with fruit of your choice.
