My adult sons love this cheesecake. I can get them to sunday dinner every time when I tell them I made one. The longest thing about this recipe is waiting for the cream cheese to soften.

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 package jello pudding cheesecake flavor
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon real vanillia extract
- 1 - gramcracker crust
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
How To Make no bake cheese cake

Step 1Bring cream cheese to room temp, put bowl and mixer beaters in freezer to chill (whipping cream whips better with bowl and beaters cold)

Step 2When cream cheese is room temp add to cold bowl mix until fluffy add whipping cream a little to a time to cream cheese until blended

Step 3Add pudding and vanillia and beat till stiff mixture should stick to spoon when turned upside down, Add to gramcracker crust chill for 1 hour. Add your favorite berries for topping. I like to add carmel, hot fudge and nuts drizzled on top.
