1Bring cream cheese to room temp, put bowl and mixer beaters in freezer to chill (whipping cream whips better with bowl and beaters cold)
2When cream cheese is room temp add to cold bowl mix until fluffy add whipping cream a little to a time to cream cheese until blended
3Add pudding and vanillia and beat till stiff mixture should stick to spoon when turned upside down, Add to gramcracker crust chill for 1 hour. Add your favorite berries for topping. I like to add carmel, hot fudge and nuts drizzled on top.
