How to Make No-Bake Blueberry Pie
- Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and water in pan. Add 1 1/2 cups of blueberries with lemon zest and juice
- Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until thickened.
- Stir in butter and let cool.
- When cool, fold in remaining blueberries. Put in pie shell and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or until set.
