Okay, so I was looking through some old recipes and found this and it sounds delicious!

1 8" pie
Ingredients
- 1 package vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
- 1 3/4 cups cut up maraschino cherries
- 1/4 teaspoon rum flavoring
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
- - baked 8" pie shell
- 5 tablespoons grated unsweetened chocolate
How To Make nesselrode pie

Step 1Prepare pudding according to package directions using 1 3/4 cups milk instead of 2 cups. when thick, remove from heat & add cherries. Cool. Add rum flavoring & fold in whipped cream.

Step 2Pour into baked 8" pie shell. Chill; sprinkle with grated chocolate.
