Ingredients

How to Make NeNe's Mexican Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350
    Drain 1/2 of juice off canned peaches
    Mix peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and butter
    Bring to a low boil then cover and simmer for 15 minutes
  2. While waiting,,,tear peaches into triangles
    Spray or butter loaf pan
  3. Lay enough tortillas to cover bottom of pan
    then layer over w/ peaches
    alternate layers until finished w/ all ingredients
    ending w/ tortillas on top
    sprinkle w/ cinammon and sugar
    then bake for 30 minutes
  4. Serve w/ vanilla ice cream and enjoy!!!
