We have had this pie every holiday for as long as I can remember! It is super easy and yummy yummy yummy!!!

Ingredients

3 - egg whites at room temperature
1 cup sugar
14 - soda crackers, crushed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped pecans plus a few more for topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 - tub cool whip

How To Make mystery pie

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.

Step 2

Fold in crackers, pecans, baking powder and vanilla.
Step 3

Pour in buttered 9 inch pie plate, bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completly then top with cool whip and reserved pecans.
