3egg whites at room temperature
14soda crackers, crushed
1 tspbaking powder
1 cchopped pecans plus a few more for topping
1 tspvanilla extract
1tub cool whip
How to Make Mystery Pie
- Preheat oven to 350*. Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
- Fold in crackers, pecans, baking powder and vanilla.
- Pour in buttered 9 inch pie plate, bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completly then top with cool whip and reserved pecans.
