  • 1 cup brown sugar (splenda)
  • 1 large container of cool whip
  • 2 boxes softened cream cheese
  • 1-2 cup powdered sugar or (splenda)

How To Make my version hot apple pie

  • Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN 375 DEGREES Empty cans of apples into a covered bowl and sprinkle brown sugar and stir gently and let set for at least an hour. Mix cool whip, softened cream cheese and powdered sugar guessing 1-2 cups, stop and taste don't want it too sweet. I use splenda for diabetics. (Cool Whip mixture will be used several times so don't use it all in the first application). In a large and deep pie dish spray your dish with Pam, roll out 1 pie crust and lay in dish, top it with cool whip mixture, add apples and more cool whip mixture. Roll out 2nd pie crust, top pie and seal edges all around with finger tips. I also top the pie with more cool whip mixture.
  • Step 2
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour serve hot and sloppy with vanilla ice cream on top! Guaranteed to boil over in your oven take precautions!
