Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shortening(crisco works best)
- 1 - egg
- 8 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Step 1Mix flour & salt together, cut in shortening to resemble cornmeal texture. In a seperate bowl mix, 1 egg, water and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients. Mix all together. Divide into 3 balls. Makes 3 single crusts.
