all purpose flour
3/4 tsp
salt
1 c
shortening(crisco works best)
1
egg
8 Tbsp
cold water
1 tsp
white vinegar

How to Make My Pie Crust

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix flour & salt together, cut in shortening to resemble cornmeal texture. In a seperate bowl mix,
    1 egg, water and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients. Mix all together. Divide into 3 balls. Makes 3 single crusts.
