How to Make My Pie Crust


  1. Mix flour & salt together, cut in shortening to resemble cornmeal texture. In a seperate bowl mix,
    1 egg, water and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients. Mix all together. Divide into 3 balls. Makes 3 single crusts.
