Ingredients For my pie crust

  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    shortening(crisco works best)
  • 1
    egg
  • 8 Tbsp
    cold water
  • 1 tsp
    white vinegar

How To Make my pie crust

  • 1
    Mix flour & salt together, cut in shortening to resemble cornmeal texture. In a seperate bowl mix, 1 egg, water and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients. Mix all together. Divide into 3 balls. Makes 3 single crusts.
