my oh so easy to make fresh strawberry pie
I've made this strawberry pie so many times. This time I used a ready made chocolate pie crust to put my fresh strawberries in. Turn out reall good and so easy to make. Family and friends always injoy this sweet pie with either ice cream or fresh whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 - 3 ounce package of strawberry jello
- - either home made crust or ready made ( 8 or 9 inch )
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
How To Make my oh so easy to make fresh strawberry pie

Step 1Using a small pan. Mix the first three ingredients and stir with a whisk.

Step 2Place on medium heat and cook until mixture is thick and clear.

Step 3Remove pan from stove and stir in jello. Set aside.

Step 4Fill a 9 inch pie shell with four cups of whole or sliced strawberries.

Step 5Pour mixture over the strawberries. Place in refregerator and chill several hours. -
Step 6Cut slices and top with ice cream or whipped cream as desired just before serving. Enjoy!
