My grandma makes this and will top w/ a blackberry filling like one you would make for a cobbler or Cherry Pie filling etc... I used to love her cheesecake.

PIE FILLING
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces cool whip
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
PIE CRUST
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margerine

How To Make my grandmas cheesecake

Step 1

Make crust as you would a gram cracker crust pressing it into a 9x13 pan: Bake Crust @ 350 for 15 min.

Step 2

Once crust cools add your Cream cheese filling, add desired topping if you want any.
