2 Tbspbutter, cold
How to Make My Best Pie Crust
- 1~ Combine Crisco and Butter with a fork
2~ Combine and mix flour and salt
- 3~ Combine two mixtures and work together until crumbly,
4~ start adding ice water 1 tablespoon at a time ... work until dough forms a soft ball (doesn't take long)
5~ Refrigerate for 5 mins.
- 6~ Remove from fridge and roll out on floured surface
