The first time I ever had a Moon Delight was at a little cafe down from my house. It was so good! They are easy to make and yummy! Want a pie? Reach for the Moon...a Moon Pie that is. Delightful! *Google Pic*

Ingredients

1 - moon pie (any flavor)
2 - scoops of ice-cream (any flavor)
- chocolate syrup
1 - maraschino cherry

How To Make moon delight

Step 1

Remove moon pie from wrapper. Place on microwave safe dish.

Step 2

Heat in microwave for about 20-30 seconds. (less or longer depending on your microwave....you want it to be soft)
Step 3

Remove from microwave and top with your favorite ice-cream.
Step 4

Drizzle chocolate syrup over ice cream.
Step 5

Top with a cherry.
Step 6

Serve.

I use banana flavor moon pies the most, topped with vanilla ice-cream. I love this simple dessert!
